Begin with a question you can act on.
- Sign in with Hadox ID. Visit Your access to activate a free research trial or an invitation, then start a conversation.
- Give it a scope. Name the scientific topic, the territory, the period and the decision you want to make.
- Ask for evidence. Request sources, limitations and an explanation of why each result is relevant.
- Keep investigating. Ask a follow-up, narrow the search or check an uncertainty. Use a project to keep related conversations and dossiers together.
For funding applications, use the dedicated private workspace to upload documents, prepare the call and build a versioned draft. Use a general conversation for exploratory scientific questions.
Which services have an agent?
Research Intelligence is one shared agent. Access to it does not mean every Hadox service has a complete automated workflow.
Current service map| Service | Agent status | What is available today |
| Research intelligence | Agent available | Explore researchers, affiliations and scientific evidence from supported sources. |
| Partnerships | Agent available | Discover potential collaborators. Availability, introductions and consortium design need follow-up. |
| Funding intelligence | Limited assistance | Frame funding needs and discuss supplied call text. A complete live funding radar is not available. |
| Application preparation | Agent available | Prepare and confirm a call, develop answers in a private workspace, check lengths and export drafts. Expert review remains a human task. |
| Research operations | No dedicated agent | Program delivery, budgets, reporting and milestone management are team services. |
| Publications | No dedicated agent | Editorial and dissemination work is arranged with the team; no journal-submission workflow is available. |
| BE Fellows preparation | Agent available | Free Innovator fit check, a private application workspace, five initial sponsored credits for up to 100 participants, and optional Hadox review. |
Agent available means the stated task is supported in early access. Limited assistance means conversational help, with missing service-specific capabilities. Other services remain available through the Hadox team.
Choose the task. Make the question concrete.
Explore a scientific field.
Agent availableFind researchers and institutions working on a topic, inspect related publications and develop an evidence-based view of the field. Patent discovery can be requested where supported sources are available.
Try this question
Find researchers in Mexico working on biodegradable polymers for food packaging. Focus on publications since 2021. Explain the direct evidence for each candidate, cite the sources and identify gaps that need checking.
Look for: evidence and source links, affiliations and clearly stated gaps. A relevant publication does not establish commercial readiness, access to equipment or a person's availability.

Find people to explore a collaboration with.
Agent availableUse the agent to identify potentially complementary expertise and institutions. Then use the evidence to decide whom your team should investigate further.
Try this question
Identify researchers and institutions in Mexico with recent work on electrochemical water treatment. Separate the expertise demonstrated by publications from capabilities that need confirmation. Explain what I should verify before proposing a collaboration.
Next step: verify technical fit, resources and interest with the candidate. The agent does not arrange introductions, confirm commitments or establish consortium eligibility.
Partnerships with Hadox →
Clarify what your project needs to pursue.
Limited assistanceDescribe your technology, stage, geography and institutional setting. The agent can help formulate the decision and discuss requirements you provide. Always check dates and eligibility against the funder's original material.
Try this question
I am preparing an early-stage university research project on low-emission cement in Mexico. Help me organize the information needed to assess a funding call: maturity, team, evidence, institutional requirements and partner gaps. Ask me what is missing; do not invent an open call or a deadline.
Current limit: a complete live funding database, recurring call monitoring and verified eligibility decisions are not available as a public agent service.
Funding intelligence with Hadox →
Prepare an application from your own call.
Agent availableOpen a private workspace, add a public opportunity URL or the call documents, and upload your project evidence. Preparing the call costs one credit: the agent extracts its requirements and source quotes for you to check and confirm.
Each subsequent turn costs one credit. Answer focused questions, improve your responses and download a versioned draft as Word or Markdown. Length checks identify missing or oversized responses. Scientific quality, budgets and eligibility still need review.

Operate the research after the decision.
No dedicated agentResearch operations covers program coordination, milestones, reporting and delivery. The agent is not currently connected to a project-management or funder-reporting workflow.
Arrange the operating scope and responsibilities with the team.

Prepare the work for readers.
No dedicated agentPublication and dissemination services are arranged with the Hadox team. The general agent can discuss scientific concepts or a short text you provide, but it does not offer a complete manuscript-review, journal-selection or submission workflow.

BE Innovator Fellows preparation.
Agent available- Sign in and create a BE workspace. Its public program context is already prepared.
- Complete the free fit check. Clarify uncertainty or request Hadox review before using credits.
- Activate your initial five-credit budget. Coverage is limited to 100 participants, with one shared BE allowance per account.
- Add evidence and talk with the agent. The first turn examines technical gaps; later turns develop the draft.
- Share the workspace for Hadox review when ready. Ask for extra sponsored credits with a reason; a reviewer must authorize them manually.
The current route is Innovator, Cohort 7. The exact official questionnaire and field limits are still pending verification, so the output is a preparation draft. Hadox does not submit it to BE or make BE selection decisions.
Documents and conversations stay in your private workspace. Review access requires your explicit choice. Shared-corpus reuse and opportunity matching are not enabled.

Read the evidence, then decide.
Ask the agent to distinguish information it found, interpretations it made and questions it could not answer. Open the original sources before relying on a name, number, publication or requirement.
- Missing results are a coverage gap. They do not prove that a researcher, technology, patent or funding route does not exist.
- A match is a starting point. Topical similarity does not establish technical fit, eligibility or willingness to collaborate.
- Keep the next question narrow. Compare specific candidates, investigate one missing capability or clarify a source.
For a scientific, strategic or submission decision, bring the evidence and remaining uncertainties into review with your team.
Keep your research together.
Conversations hold the discussion. Projects group related conversations. Dossiers preserve evidence, findings, gaps and next actions when a research run produces them.
The full agent requires Hadox ID. Activate a free research trial or redeem an invitation on Your access. Invitations have a service, expiry and separate budget. If coverage ends, the app stops; it does not automatically use your purchased credits. To explore without an account, try the publication discovery demo.
Use short, non-confidential material while exploring. Future reuse of submitted project profiles for opportunity matching is part of the planned application service, not a permission granted by reading this guide.
